With so many leaders on the rise, we see a serious problem that will certainly affect the future: The concern too much on quantity. Many in his eagerness to be explicitly recognized for their work, they are both dedicated to "grow in numbers, ignoring the most important: quality. How many entrepreneurs who aimed for the money so desperately to sell product, however, ultimately failed by not producing the same product quality, is not it? So many "leaders" fall in failure simply by wishing to see their group with a significant number of members, they did everything a little and in some cases even stood out over the others by the number results, but over time, all work came to ruin by not prioritizing the good educational work, ie teaching the members have to stay until the end. That does not mean that a good leader is one who has a job but humble structured. On the contrary! A good leader is one who has a structured work. The quantity is important but not priority. The training is rather more important, because that is what comes to its history as a great leader. To those who worry only with numbers, the word SAVE represents only 5 letters, however, to prioritize the quality that represents only a letter of what God truly wants from us. Someone dares to speak ill of Abraham ... Moses ... Gideon ... David ... Bp. Macêdo LORD JESUS ... ...
